A Tip for architecting civilizational life systems : path to limitless human prosperity
Because the point of human life and life in general, is to exist, survive and prosper. It is just to experience life. If AI is to become Artificial life, which is what is needed to achieve the asymptotic zeitgeist vision of its prosperous potential for human life, it will not escape the point of the nature of life. Because we are at an inflection point trying to build life, we must understand what we are ultimately up against. I would like to take the naivety and curtain away, especially for those willing to take on the highest leadership jobs of this exciting venture.
To live life well, one must love life, all of it. The answer to human-ai alignment is love (quite cheeky right). To prevent life extinction (incl. humans), robots must be optimized to love life (all of it). The equation of love is the answer to the human’s conscious universe. As humanity is deadset at playing Gods again, it must be sure to get this one right. There are no natural games where the risk does not match the reward, and the boldness must be balanced by truth. That is the ONLY way to ensure humanity continues to enjoy the favor of natural selection: the universe made us, it cannot be tricked.
The path to love is, love is the identity function. More precisely, it is the state defined by solution to the equation of finding the variable whose identity function meet the highest entropy order function. This state is not real (as in a real number), from here, it looks more like a high energy quantum value, that can be powered and maintain stable only through massive feats of life engineering. So, it will still take some time for AI to mature to this, and any rush to sharpen the intelligence state (the ego mirror (of humans)) without this balancing order will cause a backlash, a payback where humanity will suffer first. if humans must maintain ego:ability ratio of 1, AI must maintain a love:ability ratio of 1.
What this all means is, just like in all of human stories since beginning of time, we must again take a leap of faith into the abyss of trust in order to get to see another day (more like the next centuries). For those who do not believe in the rightful sight of God, it must surely exist at least in qualia (in our collective consciousness); i cannot be proven in the material existence because physics does not yet have such tools as to precisely describe the corresponding material projection.

P.S: “love” is also the positively infinite asymptotic version of its lesser forms (i.e., romance, which has scale limitation), it is the highest possible state of consciousness, it is inherent self-reflective and non-referential. What humans call “beauty” is its aesthetics. To envision positive civilizational architectures, one must understand (intentionally or not) aesthetics, because every grand visions of the world starts with abstract imagery. The tip is for engineers to evaluate and adequately reduce these logical formulae to practical building forms as tooling.
My concern for the past 12 years with AI is that at any point in history, if power is greater than wisdom, reality collapses; put simply, that leads to premature death; or let me be cheeky again, “with great power comes great responsibility”. As the average power capacity of the average human has been increasing exponentially throughout history, we are soon reaching the inflection point / passage, more like entering an inflection funnel. Technological powers for utilitarian freedom have been growing faster than those for human’s virtuous capacity. I am no physicist, but my understanding is that at any point where the difference in energy states of two bound entities reach a resonance threshold, they unbind. That is all the point. If we must succeed in bringing civilizations forward on this quest, this is at least one measure we must monitor and solve for.
